Peter enters his 4th year

Our Debt Management and Voluntary Surrender Manager, Peter Baker has just passed his third anniversary with Crystal Collections. Peter has been instrumental in developing our bespoke strategy where the assets are protected under the terms and conditions of the agreement. Peter is known and respected throughout the industry and he made a significant contribution to his previous employer Close Credit Management in establishing their successful field advisory service. Peter is already looking forward to clocking up far more years with Crystal, Peter states "We have a great team here at Crystal and I'm so excited that we are opening a new office and developing a tailored nationwide strategy to suit different companies. We are a 'hands on' team and I take great satisfaction in trying to achieve a successful outcome on every case that I work on".

New operating system delivers results

Crystal Collections are now fully integrated onto our version of the Gumshoe system designed by Cognitran. After an initial trial, the new bespoke system offers significant advantages to three key areas.
Firstly, the system is tailored and can be uniquely altered to every separate client that we deal with and can integrate our instructions automatically into Gumshoe. Our clients will have secured online access to view their files at every step of the process, which will aid confidence as well as providing an audit tool to judge our performance.
Secondly, Gumshoe assists our operational team in that we now have an automated tool to organise and assist the management of our field teams, as well as increase time based efficiencies in our office.
Thirdly, all of our field team, have access to Gumshoe and have real-time information and updates to load whilst mobile, this now allows more access and strategy enhancements as we can view via our MI tool when successes occur.
Tina Chown (Operations Manager) has worked tirelessly to deliver this system with Cognitran and comments "This system will make a huge impact across the whole company, it is extremely user friendly and its adaptability will be of real value to our client's, who we had in mind when we built this system". Crystal Collections - Recruit and Expand

Crystal Collections are delighted to announce that Rhys Hellen, Director of HBOS Collections and Recoveries has agreed to join the company. Rhys has 17 years within the motor finance collections industry and has opted to further his career with ourselves at Crystal. David Hope, MD of Crystal Collections, states "the reason I have recruited Rhys, is that he has the ability and drive to take Crystal Collections onto our next goal. Rhys will review our current operation and deliver excellence as our standard and will also set up a northern base so that we will become the first in our sector to have two dedicated offices controlling localised dedicated field agents".
