Vehicle Repossessions

All instructions are immediately actioned and we have our own vehicle recoveries enabling us to uplift vehicles that have no keys or non runners. Vehicles are delivered to auction on the same day or placed securely in our compound.

Vehicle terminations/Collections

Vehicle collections are arranged at a time convenient for customers. Our collectors start from 6am so vehicles can be collected prior to the customer leaving for work.  We operate collections 7 days per week.

Sale of Vehicles

We have a database that allows us to advertise your vehicle for sale on the internet. Competitive prices are obtained and this can prevent the Finance Companies having to pay auction fees and reducing customer liabilities.

Under 1/3 Arrears collections

All customer are contacted personally by our collections manager and are then sent to field agents with specific instructions for visits. If arrears are collected monies can be sent immediately to the client either by CHAPS or BACS payment. We also take all debt and credit cards with no extra cost for the Finance company

Bailiff Appointments

We are able to cover bailiff appointments within 48 hours of notification. We will be able to attend with the bailiff and assist with executing their warrant. If the vehicle is not sighted we can continue with the instruction to trace and recover the vehicle or full settlement.

Process Serving

Service of documents with a fixed fee basis. Affidavits or statement of service are prepared within this fixed fee. All documents/papers can be sent and received via a secure DX system

Trace Abscondees

We work on a no trace no fee basis. Full reports are sent for either a verified or negative trace.
