National Coverage – We are unique in having two separate offices which enables Crystal to manage and control your work better than any other agency. We believe having dedicated agents, whose performance are constantly monitored and controlled locally, delivers excellence whilst you only have one point of contact to issue to.  

Repossession of Assets – We act upon your instruction immediately, and via our new on line system, the field based agent receives the information in real time. We can collect any type of vehicle and deliver same day to an Auction of your choice or we can hold securely at our on site compound. 

Vehicle Collections / Voluntary Terminations – Vehicle collections are arranged with the customer at a convenient time.  Our logistics unit can collect vehicles at anytime of the day and any day of the week, and will carry out an inspection and delivery report prior to the delivery destination. 

Protected Assets / Unsecured Agreements – We have a highly respected and experience collections manager, whose background was primarily in a credit counselling capacity. This leads Crystal to offer a separate service whereby customers are contacted by telephone first, prior to any field visit and we take them through options with a view to repaying the arrears or making an arrangement, whilst ensuring TCF (treating the customer fairly) is paramount to ensure the finance companies reputation is held.  

Bailiff Appointments – We will be able to attend all appointments with the Bailiff and assist with the execution of the warrant. With our extensive work with the court service, if the first appointment has failed we will continue to make enquiries to ensure a successful outcome. 

Tracing of Absconders - We accept work where the client has been unable to confirm the address of the customer. We work on a no positive trace no fee basis. 

Process Serving - We offer a fixed fee for the service of all documents, from affidavits to a statement of service.
